  Hot-top extra-large specification cemented carbide round bar crystallizer is currently our company's biggest highlight. Through the research and analysis of advanced round bar crystallizer technologies from Wagstaff, Novelis, Almax, and Roma, combined with the characteristics of traditional Chinese casting methods, we have developed an extra-large specification cemented carbide round bar crystallizer for aluminum and aluminum alloys that meets China's national conditions and has independent intellectual property rights (invention patent applied for).

   Typical Cases

  In cooperation with the research and development of aerospace materials at the Central South University Light Alloy Research Institute, we have developed three specifications of extra-large cemented carbide round ingot crystallizers for the Light Alloy Research Institute, with specifications of Φ1100mm, Φ1200mm, and Φ1360mm. Among them, the Φ1200mm crystallizer was developed and manufactured earliest in 2014, for the national research and development of rocket forged ring materials exceeding Φ10m; in 2015, we continued to develop and manufacture the Φ1360mm crystallizer, and the produced cemented carbide round ingot size has exceeded Φ1380mm. In recent years, with the cooperation of Central South University's advanced "ultrasonic oscillation technology for aluminum melt", the 2xxx alloy round ingots produced using these three specifications of crystallizers have successfully forged Φ9.2m rocket forged ring materials; on March 4, 2021, the "Top Ten Scientific and Technological Advances in Chinese Universities in 2020" selected by the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education was announced, and the "High-performance manufacturing method and application of aluminum alloy ring components for aerospace equipment" completed by Academician Zhong Jue of Central South University was selected. The breakthrough of the major technical problem of Φ10m-level forged rings has provided important support for the improvement of China's aerospace transportation.
