The graphite crystallizer uses imported permeable graphite material to produce graphite plates, achieving low-level "LHC" casting. This results in a smooth surface and shallow segregation layer on the aluminum alloy flat cast ingot, reducing the amount of ingot milling and improving the overall yield. Simultaneously, due to the self-lubricating function of the special graphite plate, lubricating oil is no longer needed during casting. This not only saves costs but also ensures the cleanliness of the casting production site and prevents the casting circulating water from being polluted by oil. It can be called an "environmentally friendly and economical" tooling product.
Combining the characteristics of China's national conditions, we have improved the design of the graphite crystallizer. The improved effect is completely comparable to similar imported products.
Design Features:
Dual-chamber, dual-drainage cooling method. Using imported graphite rings, low-level "LHC" casting is achieved, improving the surface coarse crystal layer of the ingot. It can be designed as fixed or adjustable to meet the needs of different customers. In particular, the "patch-type" ingot head adjustment method is simple and practical. A related utility model patent certificate has been applied for, suitable for use on various high, medium, and low-grade casting machines, including imported casting machines, domestic hydraulic casting machines, and wire rope casting machines.
