I. Metal Composite Graphite Rings
1. Stainless Steel Composite Type: Using a metal matrix and graphite composite process, it combines the mechanical strength of stainless steel and the self-lubricating properties of graphite, making it especially suitable for pump and valve systems with chemical corrosion risks.
2. Copper-Based Composite Type: It has excellent thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, commonly used in motor bearing parts that require rapid heat dissipation.
II. High-Purity Graphite Products
1. Isostatic Graphite Rings: Homogeneous material processed at temperatures above 2000℃, with extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, making it an ideal choice for semiconductor single crystal furnaces.
2. Molded Graphite Rings: Economical general-purpose product, showing outstanding performance in the metallurgical continuous casting machine guide roller system.
III. Ceramic-Enhanced Composite Materials
1. Silicon Carbide Modified Type: Enhanced by nano-scale silicon carbide particles, the friction coefficient can be reduced to below 0.15, especially suitable for oil-free lubrication compressor conditions.
2. Aluminum Oxide Composite Type: Remains stable in strong acid-base environments, widely used in electroplating equipment anode systems.
IV. Special Application Materials
1. Resin-Impregnated Type: Graphite rings treated with phenolic resin can withstand sealing pressures above 15 MPa.
2. Metallized Type: Nickel-plated products effectively prevent oxidation and are suitable for spacecraft propulsion systems.
